Job summary

Hospital Housekeeping Systems, LLC (USA) is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our home office. You will perform full-cycle AP duties, code invoices to GL accounts, batch invoices, and prepare check runs, ensuring timely and accurate handling with proper supporting documentation.

You will research vendor inquiries, resolve payment issues, and assist in developing new procedures to improve workflow.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of accounts payable experience required.
• Excel with advanced functions (VLOOKUPs, pivots) and 10-key proficiency.
• Familiarity with vendor communications and monthly closings a plus.

Responsibilities

• Code invoices with appropriate GL accounts.
• Batch invoices, prepare check runs, and file documents.
• Research and resolve vendor correspondence and invoice/payment issues.
• Perform month-end journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with new procedures to improve department workflow.
• Communicate with field operations regarding vendor invoices.
