ScionHealth is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable specialist to process and review AP documentation, batch processing, and vendor inquiries at our CA facility. You will assist in journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and budgeting tasks as part of the Accounting team.

The role requires strong knowledge of AP procedures, excellent attention to detail, and reliable attendance in a hospital finance environment. On-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and internal controls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and GL/accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and review accounts payable documents and batches.
• Respond to employee and vendor inquiries and maintain records.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and budget-related tasks.
