Qualifications

• Two plus years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Understanding of payments, accounting, and budgeting.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor check stock for HLNA area (Weekly).
• Process ACH payments and remittances (Weekly).
• Process Manual payments and remittances (As needed).
• Process SUA payments for seven companies (Weekly).
• Update Tungsten for payment information retention (Daily).
• Validate email invoices from vendors (Daily).
• Scan and validate invoices arriving locally (Daily).
• Ensure accuracy of validated invoices before approval (Daily).
• Demonstrate high attention to detail in processing invoices across multiple companies (Daily).
• Assist AP Supervisor with month-end close and necessary reports (Monthly).
• Assist AP Supervisor with IRS Form 1099 completion (Annually).
• Assist AP Supervisor to review vendor issues from statements and communications (As needed).
• Assist AP Supervisor with data requests during audit(s) (As needed).
• Perform other duties requested by Management related to Accounts Payable (As needed).
