Responsabilités

• Receive all incoming invoices (mail, email, and fax).
• Scan and verify invoices.
• Process all invoices timely.
• Assist to ensure on time payment of invoices.
• Provide internal and external customer service.
• Enter bank wire requests.
• Apply pre-payments for monthly AMEX charges.
• Gather and support monthly visa charges for employees.
• Perform weekly audits of all incoming emailed invoices.
• Follow legal policies as directed.
