Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP team in Dallas. You will review invoices, manage vendor relationships, and ensure accurate payment processing while driving process improvements and ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires 7+ years in AP with 2+ years in leadership, plus Oracle experience. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounts payable experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience with dropshipping e-commerce business model and high volume preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable principles, practices, and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee the accounts payable team, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
• Review and approve invoices for payment, ensuring proper coding, authorization, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain vendor relationships, including communicating payment terms and resolving vendor inquiries.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate recording and reporting of accounts payable transactions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline accounts payable process and enhance efficiency.
• Manage preparation and processing of payment files.
• Ensure approval of all payment requests in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
