Bed Bath & Beyond in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP team, oversee invoice processing, and ensure accurate coding and timely payments.

You will coordinate with internal departments, manage vendor relationships, drive process improvements, and prepare journals and reconciliations while upholding company policies.

The role requires 7+ years in AP, 2+ in supervision, and familiarity with Oracle and high-volume dropshipping operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field preferred but not required.
• 7+ years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience with dropshipping e-commerce business model and high volume preferred.
• Experience with Oracle required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable principles, practices, and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
