You will support audits, reconcile invoices, and help improve processes. Responsibilities include processing vendor payments, maintaining AP records, and generating Excel-based financial reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Bachelor's Degree is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including reporting, analysis, and reconciliation
• Experience supporting internal and external audits
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, paperless environment
• Comfortable learning and utilizing new technology platforms

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and vendor payments through an automated workflow
• Review and reconcile vendor statements
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records and documentation
• Assist with internal and external audit requests
• Generate reports and analyze financial data using Excel
• Partner with accounting, purchasing, and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives
