Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process incoming invoices to ensure timely payments.
• Route invoices to approvers and follow up on due items.
• Reconcile vendor invoices with statements within terms.
• Code invoices by location and department for 14 locations.
• Maintain AP schedules and posting accuracy.
• Validate vendor tax forms for compliance.
• Protect confidentiality of financial information.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
