Responsibilities

• Process incoming e-mail invoices to support expeditious payment cycles.
• Forward invoices to appropriate approvers and follow up on due bills.
• Reconcile vendor invoices against statements within terms; resolve discrepancies.
• Assign proper coding to location and department for 14 locations.
• Maintain AP schedules by verifying and posting transactions.
• Validate vendor tax forms to ensure compliance with laws.
• Communicate expense details with management.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
