Peach State Truck Centers in the United States is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team. The role focuses on timely invoice processing, accurate coding, and maintaining strong internal controls.

You will use advanced Excel skills, collaborate with vendors and internal departments, and support month-end close. Prior experience with Nvoicepay/Corpay is a plus; dealership knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Experience with Nvoicepay/Corpay is a plus.
• Dealership knowledge is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process incoming invoices to ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile vendor invoices against statements and obtain approvals.
• Code invoices to the correct location and department for 14 locations; post transactions.
• Maintain Accounts Payable schedules and ensure accuracy of postings.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax forms and internal policies.
• Perform any other duties as requested by Management.
