Border States is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Fargo, ND. This role handles vendor invoices, supports vendor programs, and assists our branch locations while mentoring teammates.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or 2 years minimum relevant work experience, required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak in English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel, Word, PowerPoint, forms) required.
• SAP Software knowledge preferred.

Aufgaben

• Monitors incoming department mail and department email box.
• Analyses vendor invoices, credit memos, and deductions for inputting into SAP.
• Reconciles vendor statements and various weekly/monthly reports.
• Supports incoming calls to the AP department.
• Builds and maintains relationships with key partners.
