Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions Inc. in Bismarck, ND is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the full cycle of accounts payable across multiple entities and vendors. The role ensures invoices, bills, and payroll are processed accurately and on time while following internal policies.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00a–5:00p, on-site. Compensation ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, based on education and experience, with reports to the Accounting Manager.

Qualifications

• Proficient with PC word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Detail-oriented with ability to perform highly detailed work.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of accounts payable principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable across multiple entities and vendors.
• Process invoices, bills and payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile books and perform account maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain professional relationships.
• Review purchase orders, prices, terms and other charges.
• Record AP transactions using accounting software.
