Job summary

Holland Roofing Group in Florence, KY is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to manage invoices, data entry in the AP module, and end-to-end payments. You will organize weekly invoice packets, keep orderly files, and respond to vendor questions with professional communication.

The role requires experience in AP, attention to detail, and solid Excel skills. On-site, full-time with a strong benefits package and competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable roles; AP primary focus required.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality with financial data.
• Intermediate MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ACH/EFT, wires, and check processing.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and supporting documents in the AP module with accuracy.
• Organize weekly invoice packets and maintain orderly unpaid files and backups.
• Handle payments end-to-end: ACH/EFT, wires, checks; assist with weekly AP check runs and mailing.
• Maintain vendor records; respond to vendor inquiries.
• Prepare and file 1099 forms at year end.
