Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and enter data in the AP module with accuracy.
• Organize weekly invoice packets and maintain unpaid files.
• Handle payments end-to-end: ACH/EFT, wires, checks; assist with weekly AP runs.
• Reconcile electronic deposits and inter-company charges.
• Maintain vendor records and prepare 1099 forms at year end.
