Responsibilities

• Invoice processing and GL coding for PO and non-PO invoices.
• Vendor management: primary contact for vendor inquiries; resolve discrepancies or payment issues.
• Prepare accounting schedules, month-end reconciliations, and regular financial reports.
• Audit invoice data and payment files for accuracy and policy compliance.
