Responsibilities

• Receive and process daily mail, sort, match and code PO invoices using three-tier match (invoice, receiver, PO).
• Process and distribute AP checks; ensure on-time vendor payments; maximize available vendor discounts.
• Maintain AP records, filing, and respond to vendor inquiries; code freight for PO invoices; review checks.
