Reliance Test & Technology, LLC seeks a senior Financial Analyst to support government contracting activities at Eglin AFB. You will perform staff accounting, government reporting, and cost analysis, working closely with the Finance & Accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting (or related field) and at least 5 years of accounting experience, with DoD contracting knowledge and Costpoint proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or closely related field with at least 5 years of general accounting experience.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar accounting software is required.
• Working knowledge of DoD contracting types, FAR/DFAR and CAS; GAAP accounting principles.
• CPA highly desirable; ability to coordinate across departments and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review monthly financial reports for Project/Program Managers.
• Develop CD deliverables for Finance (CDRLs).
• Run CER and Costpoint reports; analyze financial data.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports for Corporate and PMs; assist with invoicing for contracts.
• Backup Billing Analyst duties; handle invoicing for government and non-government contracts and reconciliations.
• Assist with estimates for contract costs and indirect rates; review and analyze rates.
• Review contracts and contract modifications; enter data in accounting system.
• Present financial data to managers and Corporate; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
