Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) seeks an Accounts Payable Clerk to support the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts at Arnold Air Force Base in Arnold, TN. You will review invoices, match to POs, and ensure accurate postings and timely payments.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 4+ years of accounting experience; proficiency in Excel, Costpoint, and Oracle Work and Asset Management; and the ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance as

Qualifikationen

• Basic knowledge of and experience related to fundamental accounting concepts and principles, and government requirements
• Excellent skills in working with and communicating effectively orally and in writing with internal and external personnel
• Very proficient in computer applications and common Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with Costpoint and Oracle Work and Asset Management

Aufgaben

• Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and proper approval
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve billing discrepancies
• Process and pay invoices for subcontracts, purchase of material, and services
• Process and pay employee travel reimbursements and miscellaneous expenses
• Review and verify accuracy of posting entries to basic accounting documents
• Prepare detailed schedules and reports as applicable
• Maintain accounting records
• Reconcile accounts
• It is a condition of employment to wear company issued PPE in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy
• Performs other related duties as required
