Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Shipping & Receiving and Purchasing to resolve order discrepancies.
• Track purchase orders from placement through delivery.
• Assist with obtaining invoices and resolving AP issues to process payments to vendors.
• Maintain vendor performance documents and update vendor records.
• Prepare status reports on open purchase requests and commitments.
