Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) seeks an Accounts Payable Clerk to support the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment at Arnold Air Force Base in Arnold, TN. The role processes invoices, matches to POs, handles reimbursements, and maintains records in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with additional accounting credits or an associate degree and 4+ years of experience, with costpoint and Oracle WM/AM familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 60 credit hours and 4 years of accounting experience, or equivalent experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required; ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Must be able to access AEDC LAN and meet security requirements.
• Experience with Costpoint and Oracle WM/AM is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and proper approval.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Process and pay invoices for subcontracts, materials, and services.
• Process travel reimbursements and miscellaneous expenses.
• Verify accuracy of posting entries to accounting documents.
• Prepare detailed schedules and reports; maintain records.
• Reconcile accounts and support month-end close.
• Adhere to PPE and safety requirements; perform related duties.
