Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to internal partners and vendors in AP processes.
• PO matching, batching, and coding invoices; resolve issues.
• Process expense reports and reconcile sub-ledger to GL.
• Handle check processing and review vendor statements.
• Assist AP Manager; participate in audits and controls.
• Maintain timely daily processes following company policies.
