Pinehurst Resort is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support the invoice processing workflow and vendor payment activities. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and adherence to accounting policies.

You will work with the AP team to verify codes, process invoices in Acumatica, and prepare payment runs while maintaining accurate vendor records and supporting audits.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma required; college degree or equivalent accounting/business experience accepted.
• Prior accounting/business experience preferred; strong problem-solving and detail orientation essential.
• Knowledge of Acumatica is a plus.

• Verify that invoices are coded properly and have required approvals.
• Enter invoices in Acumatica accurately with vendor numbers, dates, and terms.
• Prepare check edits and ensure timely processing of payments.
• Set up vendors, tax information, and discount terms as needed.
• Scan, index, and file invoices and related documents.
• Assist AP Manager with deadlines, audits and journal entries.
