Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Workday or similar AP platform required.
• Experience with high-volume accounts payable processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and prepare checks for payment.
• Input invoices into AP tracking system with required details.
• Verify PO numbers, freight, signatures, and ledger accounts.
• Reconcile vendor statements to tracking system.
• File backup documents and assist audit department.
