Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in Accounts Payable and proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage high-volume data with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and balance statements; reconcile monthly vendor accounts.
• Code invoices, obtain approvals, and coordinate with stores and vendors.
• Support month-end close and resolve discrepancies in the AP subledger.
• Handle vendor setup information including W-9s and payment details.
• Communicate with departments to resolve issues and ensure timely payments.
