EarthCam, the global leader in webcam technology, seeks a detail-oriented Staff Accountant/Accounts Payable Specialist in New Jersey. You will manage AP for multiple entities, analyze workflows, and maintain vendor relationships while ensuring accurate invoice processing and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, business administration or a related field is required.
• Experience as an accounts payable manager or in a similar position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
• Experience with Sage Software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable using various accounting software.
• Handle accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors.
• Analyze workflow processes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.
• Process invoices due for payment.
• Perform other duties including account maintenance, record entries, and reconciliation.
