EarthCam, Inc. seeks a detail oriented Staff Accountant / Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team in New Jersey.

You will manage accounts payable, handle payments for multiple entities and vendors, and analyze workflow processes to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting or related field, experience in AP management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Sage software.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, business administration or related field.
• Experience as an accounts payable manager or in a similar position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
• Experience with Sage Software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable using various accounting software.
• Handle accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors.
• Analyze workflow processes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.
• Process invoices due for payment.
• Perform other duties including account maintenance, record entries, and reconciliation.
