Job summary

B&T USA seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable, corporate card transactions, and related issues. The role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate postings and timely vendor payments.

On-site position in Utah with standard hours; benefits include medical, vision, 401(k) with match, disability, paid vacation and holidays. E-Verify participation and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop or related accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate financial data maintenance.
• Clear communication with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines; highly organized and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process invoices for payment in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Use accounting software to manage AP for multiple entities and vendors.
• Investigate and resolve invoice processing issues.
• Prepare check requests and ACH transactions.
• Build relationships with vendors to ensure timely payments.
• Ensure payments are properly posted and discrepancies are reported to Controller/CFO.
• Enter data for all credit card transactions and manage receipts.
• File and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports.
• Assist with preparing financial information for annual audits.
