Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and general office applications.
• Experience in accounts payable or related reconciliation preferred.

Aufgaben

• Process invoices from multiple sources with accuracy and proper documentation.
• Enter and maintain invoices across entities with correct account coding.
• Prepare weekly AP payment batches for review and approval.
• Record ACH withdrawals and ensure accurate reflection in records.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and assist with year-end closing.
