Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, accounting, or related reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office applications.
• Ability to remain confidential financial and employee information.

Responsibilities

• AP processing & payment management: collect, review, and process invoices with proper documentation.
• Enter and maintain invoices across multiple entities with correct account coding.
• Prepare weekly AP payment batches for review and approval.
• Enter and record ACH withdrawals and verify against records.
• Review vendor accounts for discrepancies and collect missing invoices.
