Job summary

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, with Dynamics 365 Business Central being a plus. Compensation ranges from $18 to $23 per hour, with standard benefits and eligibility after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and vendor management is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities are needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; Dynamics 365 BC is a plus.
• Accounting certification or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Match invoices, packing lists, and purchase orders and post them into the accounting system.
• Open and review mail and vendor communications, including invoices and statements.
• Determine weekly which invoices to pay with input from company leadership.
• Prepare and maintain weekly operating accounts.
• Process payables, including vendor payments and applicable taxes.
• Assist with month-end close processes and year-end duties.
• Maintain check stock and bank deposits; record journal entries as needed.
• Support special projects and ongoing accounting documentation.
