Sterling ATM, Inc., a Utah-based design and manufacturing company in Salt Lake City, seeks an Accounting Clerk focused on accounts payable to join the finance team.

The ideal candidate may have 1–2 years of AP or general accounting experience, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Epicor ERP and/or QuickBooks experience is highly preferred. Training opportunities exist for AR tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry accuracy is required.
• Interest in learning and applying AP processes and general accounting.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process vendor invoices and code to GL accounts.
• Match invoices to PO and receiving documents (three-way match).
• Prepare and process payment runs for approval.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support AR tasks as needed and assist with month-end close.
