Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in accounts payable or general accounting is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and Spectrum accounting software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and record vendor invoices and payments.
• Monitor inquiries regarding payment status and respond to vendors.
• Produce monthly accounts payable reports.
• Assist with month end close and reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy of AP related to the general ledger.
• Assist with audits and other accounting duties as needed.
