CrossCountry Freight Solutions in Bismarck, ND seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our on-site finance team. You will manage the full cycle of accounts payable across multiple entities and vendors, ensuring invoices and payroll are processed accurately and on time in line with internal policies.

The role requires high attention to detail, strong organizational and communicational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient with PC word processing and spreadsheet software; Word and Excel preferred.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of accounts payable practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable across multiple entities and vendors.
• Process invoices, bills, and payroll timely.
• Verify purchase orders, prices, terms and other charges; reconcile books.
• Interact with vendors professionally and maintain relationships.
• Record accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.
• Other duties as assigned.
