FCC Environmental Services, LLC is hiring for an accounting role to ensure efficient day-to-day operation of the Accounting department. The position requires 1-3 years of AP/accounting experience and a Bachelor degree or equivalent.

You will handle invoices, journal entries, reconciliations, job costing, and month-end close tasks in a busy environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, multitasking, professionalism, and meeting payable deadlines while supporting reporting and daily finance

Responsibilities

• Enters and verifies the accuracy of invoices, accounting documents, and records.

• Creates and records journal entries.
• Reconciles assigned accounts.
• Assists with Month-End close processes.
• Assists with reporting as necessary.
• Ability to meet payable deadlines through organization and company processes.
