The position focuses on maintaining AP records, reconciling statements, and resolving discrepancies while following all policies and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process carrier invoices against internal systems.
• Validate invoices, commissions, and rates for billing accuracy.
• Prepare and process disbursements via ACH, wire, or check.
• Maintain accounts payable reports and filing for corporate records.
• Reconcile statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Serve as primary contact for payment status and billing disputes.
• Maintain vendor files and support documentation workflows.
• Collaborate with operations and account teams to resolve issues.
• Adhere to all regulations, policies, and safety requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
