Cross Insurance is seeking an organized AP specialist to review carrier invoices, validate billing accuracy, and process disbursements using ACH, wire, or checks. You will maintain AP reports and reconcile statements while coordinating with operations and account teams to resolve issues.

Responsabilidades

• Review and verify carrier invoices against internal systems.
• Validate invoices, commissions and contractual rates for accuracy.
• Process carrier disbursements via ACH, wire, check or other methods.
• Maintain accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and filings.
• Reconcile carrier statements with ledgers and payment records.
• Serve as primary contact for carrier inquiries on payment status and disputes.
• Maintain vendor files and set up new files as needed.
• Collaborate with operations, agencies and account teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
