SupplyOne Tampa Bay - Clearwater, FL is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage daily AP operations in a full-time role. You will process invoices, coordinate payments, and maintain accurate vendor records to support timely financial workflows.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of AP experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities to collaborate across departments and ensure accurate month-end reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Summarize and report daily financial activities.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and reconcile payments.
• Verify and record vendor invoices accurately.
• Communicate directly with vendors regarding billing issues, payments, and inquiries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments.
• Assist in preparing reports for month-end accounting close.
• Review, code, and post accounts payable invoices.
• Maintain organized records of AP transactions.
