Job summary

Sypris Electronics, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to monitor capital outflow and manage the AP cycle in Tampa. You will respond to vendors and internal customers, process invoices, record sales tax, assist with reconciliations, and document loans.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for payment and record sales tax
• Assist with bank reconciliations and loan documentation
• Verify vendor payment details and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare weekly cash disbursement forecast
• Collaborate with Procurement and Receiving to address PO mismatches
• Support external audits as needed
• Track approvals and information requests to ensure proper controls
