Job summary

Wolfe, LLC, a Pittsburgh-based FinTech, is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to own full-cycle processing of 300+ invoices monthly and expense reconciliations. You will support a four-day close with journal entries and accruals, leveraging AI-assisted tooling to improve speed and accuracy.

This is a 5-day onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA. Ideal candidates have 2–7 years in AP and general accounting, experience with Concur and ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP, and strong Excel and

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of accounts payable and general accounting experience.
• Experience with Concur, ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), and ticketing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process and code 300+ vendor invoices monthly with accurate GL coding and expense categorization.
• Reconcile 40+ employee expense reports monthly for policy compliance and timely reimbursement.
• Prepare journal entries, reconcile AP accounts, and record accruals for a four-day month-end close.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and inquiries.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely invoice/PO submissions and maintain AP documentation.
• Provide backup for clerical accounting tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry.
