SPS PoolCare is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing, payments, and the corporate credit card program. The role supports special projects and coordinates with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records.

The successful candidate will have 1–2 years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of ERP systems like Netsuite and Bill.com. This on-site position requires good communication and time management abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of Accounts Payable experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• ERP experience with Netsuite and Bill.com; strong Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Ensure invoices and payments are processed accurately and timely.
• Analyze expense reports and invoices for accuracy and eligibility for payment.
• Monitor payables-related emails and respond to questions promptly.
• Review A/P coding and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Develop guidelines for invoice handling and coding to maintain GL expense accounts.
• Reconcile accounts payable totals with general ledger and other records.
• Support and back up accounting team members as needed.
• Maintain recordkeeping for purchases for tax preparation and audits.
• Collect EINs or SSNs from vendors for annual 1099s.
