Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and make changes before payment.
• Calculate line item charges, discounts, and freight; match to purchase orders.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and communicate with vendors and sales centers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to sales centers and perform vendor statement reconciliation.
