Pen Air Federal Credit Union is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Pensacola, FL team. This role ensures accurate classification, processing, and payment of organizational expenses, leveraging Excel, ERP systems, and automation to strengthen controls and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, reimbursements, credit card activity, and reconciliations, along with month-/quarter-/year-end close support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounts payable or related experience.
• Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Process invoices, reimbursements, card activity, and payments accurately.
• Classify expenses to GL accounts and cost centers.
• Analyze AP activity and identify inefficiencies.
• Prepare reconciliations and assist month-/year-end close.
• Utilize Workday and automate processes to improve accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
