Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in electronic payments or related operations.
• Knowledge of NACHA, NCUA, Federal Reserve requirements, and related regulations.
• Experience with audits, training, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process electronic funds transactions including wires, share drafts, Check 21, and ACH with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor general ledgers, reconcile, research discrepancies, and elevate issues as needed.
• Resolve ACH and share draft disputes and adjustments and handle time-sensitive cases.
• Stay informed on NACHA, NCUA, Fed requirements, OFAC, BSA/AML, GAAP.
• Assist onboarding, training, and documentation; support staff development.
• Support audits, projects, reporting, and internal controls.
