Job summary

Our client, a large publicly traded Bay Area based manufacturing company, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist on a contract basis through December 2026. The role will process high-volume expense reports and handle full cycle accounts payable with 3-way matching, along with GL coding and support for month-end close.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and 5+ years of full cycle AP experience in a high-volume environment, including GL and accruals at month

Qualifications

• 5+ years full cycle AP experience in a high volume environment.
• Experience with general ledger, journal entries and accruals at month end.
• Experience processing weekly employee expense reports is a plus.
