Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of invoices from receipt through payment, including coding and routing for approval.
• Review vendor accounts and research discrepancies to ensure invoices and payments are accurate.
• Monitor vendor terms and payment activity to help keep payments timely and efficient.
• Serve as a resource to internal teams, subsidiaries, and related entities by answering questions about invoices and payments.
• Communicate with vendors and internal contacts to resolve issues and keep things moving.
