Job summary

Ledgent is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their Pleasanton team. This role handles high-volume AP tasks and ensures accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing or packaged goods, proficiency with Sage ERP, and strong organizational and communication skills. Initially onsite full-time with some Fridays offsite possibility.

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their dynamic team in Pleasanton. This role involves handling high-volume accounts payable tasks, ensuring that all financial transactions are processed accurately and timely. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing, food manufacturing, or packaged goods environment and will be comfortable working onsite full-time to start, with the possibility of working offsite on Fridays.

Requirements

Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 1st shift. Initially, the position requires being onsite 100% for training, with potential offsite work on Fridays.
