Job summary

LHH in Morgan Hill, CA is seeking an accounts payable specialist with 2+ years of experience to support high-volume invoice processing in a fast-paced environment. The role requires accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to internal controls.

You will match POs, process invoices, reconcile statements, and collaborate with procurement and project teams to ensure proper coding and timely payments. Healthcare or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Do you have at least two years of accounts payable experience with experience supporting in fast paced environments? Do you have experience processing a high volume of invoices daily? We are looking for an accounts payable specialist for a new job in Morgan Hill, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience, healthcare or manufacturing industry experience, and be able to thrive in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for accuracy
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
• Credit card reconciliations
