Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end accounts payable process
Ensure transactions align with GAAP and internal SOPs
Support 80+ users on the corporate credit card platform
Post AP transactions with precision and accountability
Execute weekly check and ACH runs for 150+ payments
Maintain strong relationships with vendors
Seek opportunities to improve AP processes

Required Qualifications & Experience

Associate Degree or equivalent required
2 years’ experience in accounts payable for a $30 million company
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Working knowledge of standard accounting procedures

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with financial software and AP automation tools
