Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems, Acumatica preferred.

• Enter and process invoices accurately within the accounting system.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate account discrepancies.
• Process check requests and ensure proper approvals are obtained.
• Respond to vendor and internal payment inquiries.
• Assist with AP reporting, compliance, and internal control activities.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts payable.
