Job summary

Ledgent-Finance- is seeking a Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist, AP Lead, or AP Supervisor for a full-time direct-hire role in a manufacturing setting. The position offers a salary range of 75,000 to 92,000 USD per year with bonus eligibility.

The candidate should have extensive AP experience, contribute to month-end close, and handle high-volume vendor invoices with PO/non-PO matches. This onsite role requires strong accounting fundamentals and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have worked in a manufacturing setting.
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close, including AP accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Process high-volume of 2-way, 3-way match and non-PO vendor invoices, ~500 invoices/week.
• Process employee expense reports.
